Coverage
Is your county covered?
These are the counties Permitfy tracks today, and how each one stays up to date.
Have permit numbers? Check them here.
Paste a few permit numbers. We'll tell you how Permitfy would track each one. We only read the number's format, so nothing is looked up.
Compared with county emails
What the county email doesn't tell you
Fairfax and Montgomery email the applicant about some events, one permit at a time. Here's what's missing.
| County email | Permitfy | |
|---|---|---|
| Who hears about it | The applicant, and the onsite contact for inspections | Your whole team, with each permit routed to its owner |
| Across counties | One email per permit, from each county's own portal | Every permit in one list |
| Review progress | Only when corrections are required | Each discipline's approval as it happens |
| Fees and expiry | Intake fees, to the applicant | Later fees and expiry warnings too |
| What to do next | A link to the portal | The next step in plain English |
