Questions
What counts as a tracked permit?
Every active permit, including ones you update by hand. Finished permits archive automatically 30 days after their last check and stop counting.
What happens after the trial?
Your card is charged for the plan you picked, plus any sales tax. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Can I cancel online?
Yes, in Settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Which counties do you check?
Paste your permit numbers into the coverage checker on the home page to see how each one would be tracked.
